I'm in to Dresses this Year

Well for me at least. This is my Easter DressButterick 4443. Pretty good pattern.
The pattern pieces fit nicely together and I thought the directions were pretty darn good!Now.. the down side.. It was wide at the back and neck..

Well, I do have really narrow shoulders and I should have made a smaller bodice..but I did some alterations and pulled it out just in time Saturday night. Still a little gap-y at the neck but It works.

I can't wait to make it again with the changes

me being silly..but you get the idea without the sweater on

Mama and Baby G...I love 15... I got my girl back !

Dots for ME!

Another dress for me.. told ya I'm into them this year Blue and dark brown rayon jersey I bought at The Sew Expo..

very slinky soft I used a Big 3 pattern Butterick 4973.I redrafted the sleeve using KS 3338.

The tank underneath is borrowed from Baby G. The dress, er... um... is QUITE low cut.

Here is one with Eliana before Church

Doggies for me :)

Now I won't carry a dog in a purse...but I will wear them on my skirt..

Gabriella..says it's too young for me...I think it's kinda retro cute..thus the rick rack trim

The top is Ottobre Womens Gathered neckline made from some MEGA soft Bamboo organic cotton knit..I made the sleeves 3/4 length

Plus a cute picture of my BIG(non purse size) lovable dog Clifford who is 13

This picture shows it a bit better.
