Googly-Eyed Conflict

Eliana just didn't like the round button eyes on the kitty. She chose the littler heart eyes at first, but then changed her mind. She decided she like her first choice better.


I think they're alright, but Seth says he looks like a mesmerized kitty.
........I'll put the heart eyes back on! This is a Wee Wonderfuls 3 in 1 pattern by Hillary Lang. They are super cute, I just got them in my store.

Meet Lucy

Our new puppy...She is a Golden-Doodle.. Half Golden Retriever/Half Standard Poodle.. A high Priced Mutt ;0) We love Goldens around here and my In Laws have great Standard Poodle, so I figured we couldn't go wrong with this fun (low shed or no shed dog)

oh my isn't she cute...














We were feeling such a huge hole in our family without our beloved Clifford. Plus our lovely dog Charlie has been quite depressed. Here she is
























We are delighted with our new addition..She is quite calm for a puppy.. but I'm sure she will test my patience many times with puppy life in the next few years

Maybe you already know about them..maybe not
but sometimes at night I LOVE to look at these great blogs that are very inspiring..

Now granted at times I walk away feeling like a total sewing loser!! Compared to them(whoever them is)..but Seth reminds me.. I am me and I have my sewing talents too.. like being a power seam ripper ;)

I am now inspired to step away from garment sewing.. well at least after sewing something from the new Ottobre..
I want to make a little crafty doll..toy..or home dec something.. I am inspired to try something you don't wear..

So, if you have had` too much coffee one night (er, um, me... .I just got a new Espresso machine and whew I am really bouncing on coffee tonight!!!) check out some blogs.. find someone that really inspires you.. somehow this person talks to you and your creative self..
